We are offering free standard worldwide shipping as our holiday gift to you. Please take the above dates into consideration when making Christmas purchases - these dates are guidelines set by the Royal Mail and we can't guarantee delivery dates.
We aim to ship all products within 2 working days of receiving an order. In the UK we use a first class signed for service. Overseas, we use a tracked service, and we will send you confirmation along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are despatched.
Please note that these charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.
All orders over £50 require a signature on accepting. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some shared accommodation and apartment buildings will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
